Today I am thankful for stability. Even through tough times I lean on the Rock, Jesus!

Today I am thankful for my home, cinnamon roll coffee, and a crackling fire. I woke up this morning with the verse in my head, "God is a consuming fire"... Oh that we worship only Him! I am overwhelmed at all the blessings I have!

Today I am thankful for something very trivial... My new chandelier.  I love my home and I know God has blessed me!

Today I am so thankful for freedom.  I just believe I take it for granted.  Last Tuesday, November 11, was Veteran's Day... Thank you Lord for the men and women that have served and are serving our Country!

Today I am thankful for a simple pleasure...warm coffee on a cold morning... Love this time of year!

Today I am so very thankful for friends! Everyone needs friends.  I went to a party last night with my YaYa friends, friends for about 11 or more years! Good for my soul!  Oh and I took this pecan pie, and it was delicious! Thankful I can bake and share!

Today I am thankful for this lil boy that calls me LaLa... I love his laughter and especially when he laughs at me!

Today I am thankful for opportunities afforded to me in my life.  As I woke up this morning, this was the first thing on my mind.  I opened my devotional, and David was the topic.  David had opportunities, but ... "David allowed God to promote him in His way and his time." 2 Samuel.  Opportunities, some good, some not so good.  Prayers for patience as God works in my life.

I am thankful today that I can pray about decisions before I make them.  What do people do without God? Thankful for my business today... I am blessed!

Today I am thankful that I am up again at my new time, 5:30 ... Seems I do so much better through the day when I start early ...
