Sticky Fluffy icing...

Boil till sugar dissolves
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup water
1/4 t ceam of tartar
Dash salt

Add sugar syrup slowly to 2 unbeaten egg whites. Beat on high 7 minutes. Add 1 t vanilla. Frost your favorite cake.
