| Spice Cake... Combine : 2 cups flour 2 tsp baking powder 2 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp salt Combine 4 eggs 1 can pumpkin 1 2/3 cups sugar 3/4 cup oil (veg) Add dry mix to wet and bake 30 mins at 350. Cream cheese frosting Mix together: 3 oz softened cream cheese 1/4 cup softened butter 1 tsp vanilla Add to mix 2 cups sifted powdered sugar Enjoy!!! |
